TERMS &CONDITIONS:
1.TAX             : Included in above amount.

2.DELIVERY    : Complete installation within a week by 10.03.2015

3.PAYMENT    : 10% as advance. 80% on receipt of Invoice after completion of installation. 5% on successful handover and balance 5% will be made after completion of deferred liability period. Payment will be made in favour of ‘TELI SYSTEMS’
4.WARRANTY : One Year from the date of issue of completion certificate.

5. AMC           : 15% of total product value per year after warranty period. Which will cover repair/replacement of hardware or/and software of the sub products in the PO
