Disclaimer: Please consult your doctor before having anything. I have tried to intimate you about this Kada and me individually along with my entire family (includes my 7 years old child) drink this daily 2 times without having any problems/ health issues. This method is being taught by our elders, especially my grandmother, and also suggested by elder persons from my locality.
