A sample email letter for closure of Online Trading and DEMAT account.
Hello Dear Sirs,
This it for your kind information, it is to be noted that when I have approached your good office via email dated February 06, 2015 and a reminder mail on February 12, 2015 (find below for your quick reference) and visited your office in person on April 15th, 2015 for closure of my Online Trading account from Drishti Finance Services along with DMAT account created with Zuari Investments.
It has been told to me by your manager Mr. Jitendra and Mr Abhay Singh on April 15th, 2015 at 3pm that my account has already been closed as I didn't deposit any amount in my account and never transact any securities/ shares/ holdings/ any other scripts to and from my account and informed that I will not get any emails nor any phone calls from your end but still I am getting such mails. Kindly explain.
If my account has yet not been closed then kindly expedite your process and do the needful at earliest. Please note, I will not bare any expenses due to non closure of my account w.e.f 06.02.2015.
Kindly update status of the closure of my account at earliest convenience.
If not intimated within 15 days of this email I will be forced to approach the authority.
