In my earlier post on benefits of apple cider vinegar, I have highlighted my personal experience. Now after several days of intake, and my trials on how and when to take apple cider vinegar for most effective result on our body; I have come to some conclusion. In this process, I have trialled on how much quantity and timings of the intake of apple cider vinegar for most favourable result. I will share my best experience with you. I have been taken apple cider vinegar for almost a year, put a gap for 4-5 months. I was feeling healthy then and go back to have spicy Indian foods, especially spicy chicken items with beer on regular basis. After return to my native place in Kolkata; I have started having too much misti (sweets) and many spicy fish items (mostly offered by other family members and friends). Due to uric acid, I have started feeling pain in foot and even sometime it was hard to put my feet on the floor. I recall apple cider vinegar. For first 3 days I took 10ml with a glass of water early in the morning. That didn't help. There is the twist, which came as wonder for my quick recovery. I have started taking apple cider vinegar at bed time. I started consuming only 5ml with half glass of cold water filled with normal water. This did wonder for me. The very first morning it has shown clear indication of recovery. It was amazing! For next 3 mornings I started feeling healthy without any exercise. All pain has vanished, feel lighter, energetic.
